WHEN YOU PLACE AN ORDER :-
YOU AGREE AND HAVE TAKEN NOTE TO THE FOLLOWING:
1. That you have checked spelling, numbers and sizes and that Wieco Creations, directors or partners will not be liable for proofing errors made by the client.
2. That size charts given is a guideline and may differ from fabric and or seamstress. Client is responsible for measurements given to us. You have measured a similar garment as per size chart - horizontal and vertical - you agree to size when you place order. Length can be adjusted - first 10cm free of charge, thereafter R20 per 5cm.
3. That our designer created a design according to client’s instructions. The designer has no way of knowing every single logo or emblem out there in the big world that might match artwork and will thus not be held responsible for dispute or legal actions that might arise. This count for copyright protected logos especially, the designer follow instructions of the client and the client take responsibility for copyright logo or images that might be used int the design.
4. The artwork is the impression of how the completed garment will look, variations between the Artwork, Proof and the final product will occur.
5. Design elements that run across any seam, panel or trim area will not line up 100%.
6. Colours - Paper Printouts and computer screens do not reflect the true print colour of the fabric, whilst every effort is made to reproduce colours accurately, it is scientifically impossible to absolutely guarantee colour matching. We therefore do not guarantee 100% colour matching.
