• Full sublimation apparel: approximately 4 to 6 weeks
• Production begins once artwork approval and full payment have been received.

DTF Transfers

• Production times vary depending on order size.
• Typical turnaround: 7 to 10 business days.

Promotional Products & Gifts

• Lead times vary according to supplier stock availability.
• Estimated turnaround will be provided with your quotation.

Artwork Approval

Production will only commence once:

• Artwork has been approved by the customer.
• Full payment has been received.
• All required information has been supplied.

Wieco Creations cannot be held responsible for delays caused by late approvals or incomplete information.

Orders can be shipped to:

Courier Services

Orders are shipped using reputable courier partners.

Delivery times may vary depending on:

Delivery Costs

Delivery costs are not included unless specifically stated on the quotation.

Shipping fees are calculated based on:

• Package size
• Weight
• Delivery destination

The final shipping cost will appear on your quotation or invoice.

Tracking Information

Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Collection Option

Collection may be available by prior arrangement.

Damaged Deliveries

Customers must inspect deliveries upon receipt.

Any damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
