Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Wieco Creations website and the purchase of products and services from Wieco Creations.

By requesting a quotation, placing an order or using our website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Quotations

All quotations are valid for 14 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated.

Prices are subject to change without notice due to supplier pricing, material costs and market conditions.

Quotations exclude delivery, artwork revisions beyond the agreed scope, and any additional services unless specifically stated.

Orders and Payment

Full payment is required before production commences unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Production will only begin once payment reflects in our account and all artwork approvals have been received.

No products will be released until full payment has been received.

Artwork and Design Approval

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing and approving all artwork proofs before production.

Once artwork has been approved, Wieco Creations cannot be held responsible for errors including:

• Spelling mistakes
• Incorrect information
• Colour selections
• Sizing selections
• Logo placement
• Design approval errors

Any changes requested after approval may result in additional charges and production delays.

Custom Products

All customised and personalised products are manufactured according to customer specifications.

Due to the custom nature of our products, completed orders are generally non-refundable unless a manufacturing defect is present.

Colours and Printing

Actual printed colours may vary slightly from digital previews due to differences in screens, printing processes and materials.

Wieco Creations will make every reasonable effort to achieve the closest possible colour match.

Production Lead Times

Estimated lead times are provided as a guideline only.

Production times may vary due to:

• Order volume
• Supplier delays
• Public holidays
• Equipment maintenance
• Unforeseen circumstances

Wieco Creations shall not be liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.

Delivery

Delivery charges may apply and will be quoted separately where applicable.

Risk transfers to the customer upon collection or delivery by the courier service.

Customers must inspect products upon receipt and notify Wieco Creations of any issues within 7 days.

Returns and Refunds

Custom-made products cannot be returned unless defective.

Manufacturing defects must be reported within 7 days of receipt.

Approved returns must be returned in their original condition.

Refunds or replacements will be considered at the sole discretion of Wieco Creations.

Limitation of Liability

Wieco Creations shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the value of the affected order.

Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, website content, graphics and branding created by Wieco Creations remain the property of Wieco Creations unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Customers warrant that they have the necessary rights and permissions for any logos, images or artwork supplied for production.

Privacy

Personal information submitted through our website or during the ordering process will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Website Information

While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, Wieco Creations does not guarantee that all website information is free from errors or omissions.

Specifications, pricing and availability may change without notice.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
