ORDERS & QUOTATIONS
How do I request a quotation?
Complete our Contact Form or email us with your requirements. We’ll prepare a personalised quotation based on your product selection, quantities and branding requirements.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Minimum quantities vary depending on the product. Some items can be ordered individually while others may require minimum quantities.
How long are quotations valid?
Quotations are typically valid for 7 days due to supplier pricing and stock availability.
ARTWORK & DESIGN
Can you create artwork for me?
Yes. We can assist with custom artwork, design adjustments and branding layouts.
What file formats do you accept?
Preferred formats:
- AI
- EPS
- SVG
- PNG
- High-resolution JPG
Can I use my own logo?
Absolutely. Simply provide your logo when requesting a quotation.

SUBLIMATION
What is full sublimation ?
Full sublimation is a printing process where the design becomes part of the fabric, resulting in vibrant colours and long-lasting durability.
Do sublimated garments fade?
No. Properly produced sublimation prints do not crack, peel or fade like traditional transfers.
DTF PRINTING
What is DTF printing?
Direct-To-Film (DTF) printing allows vibrant designs to be transferred onto garments using specialised film and heat pressing.
Can DTF be applied to dark garments?
Yes. DTF works exceptionally well on both light and dark garments.
DELIVERY
Do you deliver nationwide?
Yes. We deliver throughout South Africa.
Can I collect my order?
Collection may be available by prior arrangement.
PAYMENTS
When is payment required?
Production begins once full payment has been received and artwork has been approved.
Do you accept deposits?
Unless otherwise agreed, orders require full payment before production begins.
RETURNS
Can personalised products be returned?
Customised products cannot be returned unless they are faulty or supplied incorrectly.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please notify us within 48 hours and provide photographs of the issue.
